SINCE 1999.

Marc Guyon was born and raised in France, from Franco-Vietnamese parents. After university, he started to work as a finance controller in the UK then in Hong Kong for a few years.

Although successful and genuinely happy in his finance career, he decided in 2015 to dedicate himself to his passion in martial arts and volunteer involvement in associations and charities.
Now full-time coach and professional MMA fighter, he is also the president of the “UFE” (Union des Français de l’étranger, the oldest and most important association of French expats in the world) branch in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience about life as an expat, helps people to set up abroad, build a network, and integrate to local cultures.

Marc is not the usual martial arts coach. His focus is on helping people achieve what he did: being a busy professional and at the same time having a balanced lifestyle through martial arts. He wishes to prove that high level martial arts practice is possible for everyone, even the busy office worker.
He understands the white-collar lifestyle, and believes martial arts bring key skills to managers and business leaders. His areas of expertise include martial arts techniques but also: life coaching, corporate coaching, team building, developing mental strength and self-confidence, ability to work hard and under pressure, etc…

Now living in Hong Kong, he has founded “MGK Fight Club” which aims at supporting an MMA athlete and promote martial arts. In partnership with other high-level athletes and instructors, he runs classes and open mats to create an environment where martial artists of all disciplines and all levels can develop their game and surround themselves with like-minded people.
